Back in 1998, the ITO trade organization started its first deliveries of gear reducers, gearmotors, electric motors from the Motovario factory, which is located in Formigine, Italy. Every year there were more and more people willing to buy quality equipment and in order to reduce the delivery time for customers, it was decided to build the first assembly center in Ukraine. The staff was trained in assembly according to all the norms and canons of “Motovario”, special equipment was purchased, experts from Italy were invited for certification. On February 10, 2009 “ITO-Production” LLC successfully passed the inspection and received the status of certified assembly center Motovario Assembly Center No11″ for the production of worm, helical, helical bevel, shaft mounted gear reducers. ITO-Production Ltd. also supplies planetary gear reducers, electric motors, frequency converters, and since 2019 has added industrial gear reducers of MHD series to its assortment.
FEMM is an Italian company, founded in 1962, started its activity with simple rewinding and repair of standard motors. Over time, the company started to produce standard motors and sell them on the local market. In 1972 two partners Mr. Fossati and Mr. Colzani founded Euromotori, importing electric motors from Eastern Europe and distributing them in Italy. In 1990, having obtained the CESI (Milan) certification, the company started to produce explosion-proof motors, and from 1993 it began to distribute them throughout Europe through a network of other organizations. In 2006, euromotori srl launched the new MAK series of motors. The quality of the products is confirmed by ATEX certificates since 2001 (CESI 01 ATEX 059 Q), IECEX certificates since 2009 (QAR) IT / CES / QAR09.0005 / 00 and ISO 9001 since 2000. All materials comply with community directives (CE trademark): – 2006/95 / CE low voltage – EN 60034 directive for machinery – 2004/108 / CE electromagnetic compatibility
