Motovariators

The VAR motor-variators of the VAR series, which have demonstrated high reliability for over 45 years, are an efficient alternative to electronically controlled actuators and are characterized by easy operation and maintenance.

The S series cast iron products include a wide range of flanged, foot mounted or compact models and are available in seven sizes from 003 to 100, with input shaft or motorized version. The SD version with differential can also be used for applications with speeds close to 0.

S variators are available in combination with NMRV worm gearmotors in sizes from 030 to 150.

Inexpensive and lightweight aluminum versions of the TXF are available in sizes 002, 005 and 010.

Furthermore, TXF variators are available in combination with NMRV worm gearmotors in sizes 030 to 130.

The VH version in cast iron with compact design is available with variable speed gear units in sizes 003 to 100 in combination with cast iron helical gearmotors in sizes 030 to 125.

The VHA aluminum version with compact design is available with variable speed gear units in sizes 002 to 010 in combination with aluminum helical gearmotors in sizes A30 to A60.

The NMRV and NMRV POWER worm gear motors are today the most advanced solution in response to the demands of efficiency and flexibility put forward by the market.

The new gearboxes of the NMRV Power series, which are also available in the form of a compact gearbox with a cylindrical foregear. The modification was designed with emphasis on modularity: a small number of basic models can be used in a wide range of capacities, ensuring high performance and reduction ratios from 5 to 5000.
